We survived the flooding! Destry and I couldn't make it home but we did make it to Markesan before they closed 44. We spent the night at Grandpa and Grandma Evans', which they loved. Scott and a neighbor had to rescue a driver when his car stalled in the water overflowing the bridge by our house. What was that guy thinking? Below are some photos and video of the flooding and its aftermath.

Pictures 1, 2 and 3 show the damage to the road and bridge by our house. Picture 4 is from down the road by Michaels pit. Pictures 5 and 6 are of the bridge on Proscarian Road out by us. The whole bridge is gone and there are trees and debris piled there.

Video 1 is of the bridge overflowing by our house. One of the reasons why I couldn't get home! Video 2 shows the aftermath of the flooding. Video 3 is of the missing Proscarian bridge. What a mess!
